HEALTH & SAFETY REGULATIONS WHEN FITTING COMMERCIAL WINDOWS AND DOORS

We take health & safety extremely seriously. Wessex Commercial Division strictly adheres to the HSE’s regulatory framework for work place health and safety in Great Britain.
Our highly qualified technical surveyors carry out detailed risk assessments for each contract undertaken. Our Health & Safety Managers use the risk assessment to produce a concise method statement for dealing with the installation and ensuring safe working practices are followed.

REGULARLY ASSESSED BY INDEPENDENT ASSESSORS AND BSI AUDITORS

Wessex Commercial surveyors and installation teams are fully trained and assessed regularly in dealing with hazardous materials such as asbestos. At least one member of each fitting team is a trained first aider and our fitting vehicles all carry first aid equipment and fire extinguishers. As members of The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), we are independently assessed to make sure our whole organisation, health and safety policy and arrangements are to the required high standard.
